2.Now get into your site's dashboard.
3.And choose Crawl, Then click on "Fetch as Google".
4.You'll seen page similar to this.

6. Wait until the fetch status shows the "Success" message. (Generally takes 2-3 seconds).
7.When fetched,it shows "Submit to Index" beside the fetch status. Click on that and wait until you get this "URL Submitted to Index".
8.Its done,Google has indexed your post, try putting the URL in the Google search or just put the post title.

It takes about 40-60 seconds to this, its really easy but productive. Don't have a Google Webmaster account?? Go get it now!

7 Things to Do After Publishing A New Blog Post

7 Things To Do After Publishing A New Blog Post
We all love the feeling of having a new blog post ready to publish which needs only one click on Publish Button. Do you think your work is over? Yes? Let me tell you that this is the time where real task starts for you and every one. Our article supposed to be seen/read by the people who need it, means right audience is what we need this time. Otherwise why did we do so much hard work to write? No? So there are a numbers of things to do after publishing a new blog post to reach the right audience. Below are the things I came to know and now sharing with you.

1) Share On Social Media

This is the first step we do but doing it in right way is what matters. There are countless numbers of social media platforms available but only few of them carries weight. So we will talk about two excluding Facebook :).

a) Google Plus+

Google plus is slightly different than other social media platforms. There is no limit of characters in your status update box compared to twitter and you can use it for your advantage by creating multiple useful teasers and leaving relevant links to your blog posts. Best way to reach the target audience is joining the communities on Google+ related to your blog niche. After joining them, do not try to promote your content for a few days and instead be active to help other members by contributing. The biggest benefit will be your "AUTHORITY". More and more members will start recognizing you the way you do help and will follow what ever you share. So after being active for few days, you can start promoting your content in an appropriate manner. Then sit back and watch the "TARGETED AUDIENCE" coming back to your blog.

b) Twitter

Twitter is one of those social networks which continue carrying weight after several years of their existence. The biggest downfall for its users like you and me is "140 Characters Limit". So we need to be creative while sharing our blog post on twitter. First step we need to do is shorten our blog post url so that we can increase the character limit (use free services like bit.ly or goo.gle for shortening Url). Second step is using #Hastags which are relevant and popuar in our blog niche. If you do not know the Popular #Hastags for your niche, then simply use http:/www.Hastags.org to find them for you. You might not be knowing that there are number of people who do care and monitor certain #tags they are interested in. So overall chances are more that your tweets will be seen by a larger number of audience then your fans and re-tweeted. Another way to reach the targeted audience is doing this step by yourself. I mean search for the tweets related to your blog post and then reply with a teaser link. Chances are more that a loyal follower will also be added to your followers list.

2) Social Bookmarking

Social bookmarking seems like no more useful to some people by now and I myself also feel like that but still I am stuck to two major social bookmarking sites which are StumbleUpon.com And Reddit.com. So the very reason behind using these two sites is "Instant Traffic" to my blog post I do share. I would recommend you to use them regularly. Mostly Reddit is my favorite and sometimes I do receive upto 50+ visits within few hours of sharing it and it depends on the type of article plus choosing right reddit (category) for it to share.

3) Moderating And Replying To Comments

Now people use crap software to build backlinks by comments. So everyone receives a lot of "SPAM" comments in blog posts and if you do not moderate your comments, you are losing your loyal audience. Because when your visitors would scroll down to comment, they will see a long list of spam comments talking about moon where your article is about honey :). So they would not give it a try even if they have a question to ask, they will leave and instead feel good to ask Google :). Second step is replying to your comments. Never miss this chance as it helps us to build relationships with our readers. Give them "Royal Treatment" because they deserve.

4) Commenting On Other Blogs

This time you need to get ready for reading other similar blogs' posts and leaving valuable comments with teaser link. Do not spam and if someone has asked a question to the author and to which admin has not replied, just feel lucky and reply to that comment nicely with a teaser link back to your post. Never forget to tell the blog author about that you have also written a same blog post.

5) Ping-o-matic

Mostly search engines will index your newly written article within few days (depends on the PR) but why should you wait when you can tell them that you have written a new blog post and get it indexed within no time? Use Ping-o-matic tool to do that with your new blog post URL or else you can use Google Webmaster Tools To Index Your Articles as soon as you publish them.

6) Sending Newsletter

Do you use Email Marketing? Then you might have already a huge list of email subscribers so add your article to your next newsletter. Use a brief summary of your article and then a teaser link back to your original article to read more.

7) Adding Links In Signatures

Do you use forums to build Backlinks? Then this might be a good idea to update your signature links with newly written blog post URL. DO it each time you publish a new blog post.

Final Words: Now its your turn to remind me if I left any other point in "must do things after publishing a new blog post". If you are new to this, then these steps may seem too much for you but believe me, sooner you will get familiar with them. After all, our hard work on writing needs to be utilized by the right audience. Take Care.

Does High Bounce Rate is Bad for Website's Credibility?

Do you still think High Bounce rate websites have no future? If yes, then think one more time. This is one of the biggest myths created by fellow Pro Bloggers to waste Newbies talent and time in uneventful activities. Bounce rates could affect your credibility only if the average visit duration is on a lower side. Other than that, having a website with High Bounce rate has no harm whatsoever. However, few people consider it as a deadly act for SEO, but it has nothing to do with Search Engine Optimization. This is the reason, why today we will be replying to a million dollar question that Whether a Blogger Should Worry about a High Bounce Rate website or not?

What Does the Term “High Bounce Rate” Stands For?

Before we get further, and things get more tensed let us first clear what does high Bounce Rate Means. Well, it is extremely straightforward to understand the meaning of bounce rate. It’s a percentage of visitors who arrived at a website, and left it without navigating or visiting a second page. The main idea behind designing Bounce Rate was to check whether a person is receiving correct audience. Let us sum up the meaning of Bounce Rate, I Came, I learn and Left.

What is High Average Duration Time of Visitors?

It is not extremely difficult term people can understand it quite easily. It is the percentage of time that all visitors spend on a website before leaving or navigating to different pages. For Example, 100 visitors arrived on a website few people spend 10 minutes while few spend 5 minutes so the average duration of the visit would be in between 10 and 5 which is quite impressive.

High Bounce Rate VS High Average Duration Time of Visitors:

To clear the concept let us first consider one example. Consider a visitor arrived on a website through a search engine. He enjoyed each and every word of the article because he was looking for the same article from hours. However, in the end he left the website without navigating to other page. The reason behind not visiting any other page was that, he got what he was looking for so why he should waste more of his time in going through a website in depth. After going through the facts, many webmasters still has the audacity to disagree. However, everyone has their own opinion but, as always facts are facts. Consider the following screenshot in which we can clearly see that a website has a high Bounce rate but the average duration of a visit is superb. (The following screenshot is captured from Google Analytics).
It means High Bounce rate has nothing to do with the website’s credibility or authority. Therefore, it is essential to concentrate on the Average Visit Duration rather than wasting time in dividing one article into different pages for the sake of reducing bounce rate. Readers hate to navigate different pages to read one article.

From The Editor’s Desk:

The Bounce rate of this MBL Blog is also on a bit higher side, but the Average Duration is also perfect. So keeping balance in between both the elements is significant and will benefit a website. If your site is performing well, but the bounce rate is too high, then do not worry just concentrate on building professional content. What are your thoughts about the High Bounce Rate? Take a lot care till then, Peace, Blessings and Happy blogging.

How To Combine Images Into CSS Sprites To Increase Blog Speed

Do you know what does the CSS Sprites mean? Do you understand them? The name might prove out to be a little bit misleading because sprites are not small size pictures as you might be thinking. A sprite is a real large image that has different types of pictures in one image file. Still confused? Have you ever noticed an image which changes its color whenever someone hovers over it? We call that functionality CSS Sprites. Adding numberless pictures into a single image file and then combining it into CSS Sprites could surely boost the speed of a website. Now a person might be thinking that Combining Images into Sprites would be extremely complicated. However, it’s not that much difficult. Today we will discuss How to Combine Images into Sprites to reduce load time.

Tutorial #2: How To Combine Images into CSS Sprites To Reduce Load Time?
Tutorial #3: How To Compress JavaScripts To Improve Site Speed?
Tutorial #4: How To Avoid Useless Widgets That Increases Blog Load Time?

What are CSS Sprites and How it Works:

Before, we get towards our tutorial its essential to understand how the CSS Sprites works. Fundamentally we add two pictures perpendicular to each other having different colors. Now with the help of CSS Sprites, we allocate the images to their desire positions. It’s not combination of 3 or 2 images into 1 because a developer can even combine unlimited images into one. The word “sprites” is an ancient word which comes from a computer graphic industry. The idea was to fetch all the graphical data into memory and later on display it in the form of images. It was a perfect invention because it was extremely straightforward to fetch images once rather than fetching again and again. Following screenshot would surely clear your misconceptions.

How To Combine Images Into CSS Sprites:

Well, the process is not complicated at all. However, it’s essential that a person should combines different pictures into one file with perfection. We have divided the tutorial into two portions so that we can see the improvement we get after combining images into CSS Sprites.

Before Example: Let’s start the proceeding by showing the Before EXAMPLE (Demo). Notice the following CSS coding, where ten different images are combined rather than one. Therefore, HTTP request rises, and that cause the load time of a website to increase.

After Example: The main idea behind using a CSS sprite is to reduce the load time of a web page. Instead of having 10 different pictures, it’s essential to incorporate all pictures into one. We can easily combine them into one long picture. Now let’s demonstrate the After EXAMPLE (Demo). Notice in the following CSS coding that there is only one Image file in which 10 different pictures are combined and with the help of CSS Paddings plus Margins we can assign them with ease.

.mblsprites {
background-image:url(https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigZ5-v9dbcxI4o46lanrSdW9za5X2RBvsnrGLAJDMxt7mKGVaj05SmJS_I06V5hZavIO3dAh2AO44oYCHDLqh6EQFr9e3hXNoY1bkyF2DjpRO_xUSmOV3W8bDOG8ETYNpL45LN7d3PFQI/s1600/NEW.png);

It decreases the number of HTTP requests, so it verifies that combining images into CSS sprites is something that every single webmaster should practice in his website. It’s a delightful achievement for such a small example. Just think of it, using this technique a person could convert his website into a paradise.

That’s Sounds Difficult? Try Some CSS Sprites Tools:

Well, things are not hard but we made them difficult for our self. However, this technique is not that much problematic, but it is complicated for those users who have no background about CSS and HTML. Nevertheless, there are few tools that would create CSS sprites without doing any coding whatsoever. Follow the following instructions.
 • Go to www.css-sprit.es (The best tool we found so far). Once the website gets load there will be three different tabs. Just select “Standard Upload” tab but later you can experiment with its other options in depth.
 • Input Images Files: We would recommend you to upload a picture that you want to combine into CSS. A person can also upload multiple images and this tool will automatically combine them into one.
 • Output Options: Select the Picture extension, we would endorse PNG file because it is highly compressed. Then Select CSS from the drop down menu and proceed to the next step.
 • Hover Image Processing: Now select the effect that a person want to see on his images whenever someone will hover over it. There are numerous effects available on the Rollover Effect drop down menu that includes Sepia, Invert and more. Once everything is wrap up just press the “Create CSS Sprites” button. NOTE: If you don't want to add any hover effect then select "None" from the drop down list.
 • After pressing the “Create CSS Sprites” button, just beneath that tool you will be able to see the PREVIEW, Image Sprite, CSS Code, and HTML Coding.
 • Just Save the Image Sprite (Left click + Save Image As) and upload it onto your web hosting.
 • Now Copy the CSS coding. If you are using Blogger platform then go to Blogger.com >> Template >> Edit HTML >> Proceed. Search for </b:skin> and above it paste the CSS coding. (Remember: From the CSS coding replace /your/image/url.png with the URL of the picture that you uploaded preciously). Finally, Save the Template.
 • Now Paste the HTML code wherever you want to display those image sprites. It could be in the header, footer and anywhere a person want them.
